Tash had been in the People Care industry for 11 years, leading next practice Workforce, Change Management and Consumer Experience teams within the Aged Care and Disability Industries. Strategic projects focus on staff, client experience, and organisational development.

Jennene Buckley

Director

Jennene has 30 years experience in Health, Aged & Community Care industry, leading strategy, service design, digital transformation and innovation. Previously holding the CEO and Executive Director positions at Feros Care for 20 years, Jennene grew the business from a $3m annual turnover to a $100m Enterprise.

Ruby Buckley

Business Support

Ruby is a business and HR graduate, who has spent her early career in aged care and HR advisory. Being a digital native, Ruby has a keen interest in optimising technology to create contemporary business operations.

Anatasia Ward

Research and Analytics Strategist

Star has extensive skills in research, analytics, and evaluation, leading Enkindle’s research and analytics services. Star has piloted the research and analytics of innovation projects in Residential Aged Care and Home Care over the last 5 years.
