When completing your registration in the Pricing Tab of our website, you can choose to pay 1) by credit card or 2) to request a tax invoice. Invoice terms are 14 days. Support At HomeHQ reserves the right to suspend access to services until the invoice is paid.

The support at home subscription can be paid monthly or annually. If an organisation chooses monthly, there is a minimum of a three months commitment, at which time a subscriber can cancel their subscription. Please note although you may cancel your subscription at any time, the cancellation will only take effect at the end of your current subscription period.

Your registered key contact (master account owner) can change subscribers via the Account Setting on your master account. Approval of changes is limited to registered individuals leaving the organisation or changing positions. If you need assistance, please email subscriptions@supportathomeHQ.com.au

Each subscription allows for 5 individual emails ( we call these seats) from one organisation. You can upgrade to get additional subscriptions via the Master Account owner’s profile. Head to ‘Account Settings’ and ‘Teams’. Here you will be able to see who is currently assigned a membership and the number of memberships you have left. To increase the number of memberships click on the button “Upgrade Membership” and follow the prompts. Please note that Support at Home memberships are purchased in packs of five (5). For any assistance, please email subscriptions@supportathomeHQ.com.au.

Although you may cancel your subscription at any time, the cancellation will only take effect at the end of your current subscription period. You will not receive a refund for any unused portion from the date of cancellation until the end of the subscription period. You will still have access to the subscription services for the remainder of the period you have paid for.
